How much does a roof replacement cost in Raleigh?
Most full replacements we do run between $10,000 and $30,000. What moves the number is the size of your roof, how steep it is, the materials you pick, and whether any decking underneath has rotted and needs replacing. Do you charge for the inspection or the estimate?
No. Both are free. We check your shingles, flashing, vents and attic and give you an honest read on where your roof stands. If it is fine, we will tell you it is fine.
How fast can you get out here?
Often the same day, sometimes within the hour. One to three days at the outside. Once you approve the quote, most jobs start within one to three days, weather permitting. Storm season fills the calendar fast, so call early.
How do I know if I need a repair or a whole new roof?
Roughly, if your roof is under 15 years old and the damage is in one spot, a repair usually makes sense. If it is 15 to 25 years old with widespread granule loss, curling shingles, or several leaks, replacing it is usually the better spend. An inspection settles it, and ours is free either way.
Will my insurance cover storm damage?
Homeowners policies typically cover sudden storm damage like hail hits, wind-torn shingles or a fallen limb. They typically do not cover normal aging. Whether your specific damage is covered comes down to your policy and the adjuster's findings, so nobody can promise you an outcome. What we can do is document the damage properly so it is fully represented, and that documentation makes a real difference.
