About Bryan's Exterior Design

My name is Bryan Vizarreta. I am a Christian, an American, and a Raleigh resident, and I specialize in residential and commercial exterior work. I was introduced to the trades by my father, a hardworking man who taught me most of what I know. Over the past 14 years I have built the leadership, consistency, knowledge and judgment it takes to meet my clients' needs. My vision for this company is simple: to be one of the top roofing contractors in Raleigh, NC and the surrounding area.

How Bryan's Exterior Design Got Started

What that looks like day to day is not complicated. We show up when we say we will. We charge what we quoted. We use best in class materials and we cut no corners, and we still keep budget-friendly options and financing on the table, because a roof is rarely something anybody planned for this year.

Most of our work is roofing, which is where the company started and where fourteen years of experience sits. Over time we added siding, windows and gutters, because storms in Wake County do not stop at the roof and homeowners were being handed two more phone numbers after we finished. Now the whole exterior is one call, one inspection and one estimate.

Meet Bryan Vizarreta

Owner and operator. Fourteen years in the trades, learned from his father. Lives in Raleigh, works in Raleigh, and will still be in Wake County when your warranty matters.

When Bryan tells you a roof needs replacing, that is a roofer's read, not a commissioned salesman's. He is on the job himself rather than behind a desk, which is also why he will tell you when a repair will hold and you do not need the bigger job.

We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance, and we hand you proof of it along with every estimate. Ask every contractor you talk to for the same thing, because if someone gets hurt on your property and the company is not covered, that becomes your problem rather than theirs.

Every estimate is free and comes with no obligation. Your price is written down before anything starts. Your workmanship warranty runs 2 to 12 years depending on the project, in writing, on top of the manufacturer warranty on your materials. Financing is available.
