Emergency Roof Repair in Raleigh, NC

Water coming in right now. We prioritize emergencies and can often be out the same day, sometimes within the hour. Call (984) 370-4330.

Something just opened your roof up. A limb came through, wind took a section of shingles, or water is running down a wall while you are reading this. What you do in the next hour matters, and most of it you can do yourself before anyone arrives. Then call us. We move emergencies to the front of the schedule and can often be out the same day, sometimes within the hour.

What To Do Before We Get There

Move what you can out from under it. Furniture, electronics, rugs, anything on the floor below the drip. Then put a bucket down and, if water is pooling in a ceiling and bulging the drywall, poke a small hole at the low point of the bulge with a screwdriver. That feels wrong and it is correct. A controlled drip into a bucket is far better than a section of ceiling coming down at once.

Then photograph everything before you clean any of it up. Every angle, inside and outside, the damage and the water and the ruined belongings. If this turns into an insurance claim, those first photos are worth more than anything taken later. Do not get on the roof yourself in wind or rain to look. Nothing up there is worth what a fall costs, and we will be there shortly.

    Our Emergency Response

Call us and we will move you up. Our hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm and Saturday 7am to 12pm, and within those hours an active leak goes ahead of routine estimates. Outside those hours, leave a message with your address and what is happening and we will get to you as early as we can. We would rather be straight with you about that than promise an overnight crew we do not run.

The first job is almost always stabilization, not repair. We get an emergency tarp properly secured over the opening, which means fastened and sealed at the edges rather than weighted down with bricks, so it holds through the next round of weather. That stops the damage from growing while we assess what the real fix is. Then we inspect the whole roof, because whatever did this to one section usually did something to the rest, and we put together the actual repair with photos and a written price.

Emergency Roof Repair Cost in Raleigh

Emergency tarping is priced separately from the repair itself, because they are two different jobs and the first one has to happen now. The repair price then depends on what we find underneath, which is genuinely unknowable until the tarp is on and we can look properly.

If a storm caused this, the whole thing may belong on an insurance claim, and our documentation from the emergency visit becomes the foundation of it. Ask us about that while we are there rather than after.
