Siding Installation in Raleigh, NC
New construction, additions, or switching materials entirely. What keeps water out is the sequence behind the panels, not the panels. Free estimate.
You are putting siding on a wall that either never had any or is about to have something completely different on it. An addition. A new build. A house going from tired painted wood to vinyl or fiber cement. This is the good version of a siding job, because everything is accessible and nothing has to be worked around. The part that decides whether it lasts happens before a single panel goes up.
When You Need Siding Installation
This is the right service for new construction, room additions, garages and outbuildings, converting a porch to conditioned space, and any project where you are changing from one siding material to another across a whole elevation or a whole house.
It is different from a replacement in one useful way. On a new wall, the sheathing is sound and the flashing details can be built correctly from the start rather than corrected. That means the window and door openings get flashed in the right sequence, the wrap goes on clean, and there is no guessing about what the last contractor did behind the old panels.

Our Siding Installation Process
Everything is about shingle logic, meaning each layer laps over the one below it so water always runs out and down rather than in. House wrap goes on first, lapped from the bottom up and taped at the seams. Window and door openings get sill pan flashing, then the wrap is cut and folded in a specific order so the head flashing sits over the wrap and the jamb flashing sits under it. Reverse any of that and you have built a funnel into the wall cavity.
Then the siding hangs. Vinyl in particular has to hang rather than be nailed tight, with the nail centered in the slot and backed off enough that the panel can slide. Panels expand and contract with temperature, and in a Raleigh summer the difference between a shaded morning and a sunlit afternoon is enough to buckle a run that was fastened solid. We leave the correct gap at corners and trim, and we tell you what we found on the sheathing before we cover it.
Siding Installation Cost in Raleigh
Square footage drives most of it, then material, then how many corners, gables, windows and doors break up the wall. Trim work and soffit and fascia detail are often the difference between two quotes that look similar per square foot. We measure, price it in writing, and name the exact product line so you can compare it against anyone else's number.
Financing is available, and there are budget-friendly options in every material category.
Why Choose Us
The flashing sequence is invisible within a day of finishing, which is exactly why it gets rushed.
